First Impressions From A Prospective Client

I have been searching for an appropriate place for my own retirement for some time. I wanted a place where I could be happy and find what I call ‘soul food’.

Napier Retirement Village is privileged to have Eksteen Odendal [Manager] and Lesley Youldon [Sister[ on its staff. Nothing was too much trouble for either Eksteen or Lesley and their caring approaches were clearly obvious the entire time I spent in their company. Eksteen made sure that I was fully aware of all that the retirement village and Napier had to offer. I can’t remember when I last enjoyed two days as much.
It was fantastic being able to stay in the guest unit – a service I have not seen elsewhere. Similarly the ‘sick bay’ was something I have not seen before. The assisted living and frail care units were full of warmth and light. The gardens are beautiful in every area and add to the excellent impression made by the village.

I loved the architectural style and the care taken in the design of the units.

One could be very happy as a resident in a place like this, especially with staff of this quality.
